About Our Team

TheContent Design & Product Writing team makes the TikTok consumerproduct easy and delightful to use through clear and expressive UXwriting. We sit in the US, Singapore, and China, and collaborateclosely with stakeholders to launch and iterate product featuresthat engage our viewers and contentcreators.

We're looking for a writer tocollaborate closely with Product Management, Product Operations,Regional Operations, Design, and Localization teams to writecampaign content for TikTok LIVE. Through clear and expressivewriting, you'll create campaign content to educate creators andviewers, and drive engagement of LIVE product features. You'll workclosely with the local operations team and localization specialiststo ensure a high standard of GTM materials that resonate with theIndonesian market. You'll also apply and evolve our styleguidelines.

You're independent, proactive, andcomfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving. You have experiencejuggling multiple projects and prioritizing them to have thegreatest impact on your team and the company. You're also astrategic communicator, helping to define product narratives inconjunction with yourteam.

Responsibilities

1.Write and own the quality of TikTok LIVE campaigns for themarket

2. Collaborate closely with productmanagers, product operations, regional operations, designers, andlocalization to set a high bar for GTMcontent;

3. Ensure consistency between globalcampaigns localized

4. Contribute to our contentstandards and be a champion for bestpractices;

5. Manage and prioritize projectswith multiple stakeholders;

6. Collaborate with,influence, and drive consensus with stakeholders and theirfeedback;

7. Complete high-quality work in afast-paced, dynamic workenvironment.

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years experience indigital writing for websites, campaigns,emails;

2. Deep understanding of social mediaand mobile application users

3. Experience incontent strategy

4. Experience collaboratingcross-functionally with product teams;

5.Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-pacedenvironment and stay focused when faced with changingrequirements;

6. Writing portfolio including,but not limited to: feature articles, ad campaigns, blog posts,product launch content, editorial calendar, email newsletters,style guide additions

Preferredqualifications:

1. Experience working on aglobal product with international partners;

2.Experience working in livestreamingbusiness.
