Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications. (M&E)

-Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.

-Responsible in quantity management and cost budgeting or estimation.

-Liase and Communicate with Project Director ,Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure the project run smoothly.

-Perform and Purchase of inventory management.

-Perform administrative tasks in order to ensure the smooth operation.

-Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirement:

-Degree in Quantity Surveyor or other equivalent.

-1-2 years in Construction Related field experience is preferable.

-Good in attitude is a must and strong analytic skills.

-Able to work with a team.
