Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact R&D projects focused on cutting-edge automation technologies.
  • Research and evaluate emerging automation technologies to enhance quality, production efficiency, safety, and reliability.
  • Drive innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring R&D efforts align with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Manage project delivery, budgets, and resources from concept through to full-scale implementation.
  • Partner with startups, universities, research institutions, and industry experts to advance innovation.
  • Mentor junior technologists and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in technology development, R&D, or innovation in sensing, control, and optimization, including at least 2 years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record of leading R&D projects, developing innovative technologies, and managing cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in new ventures, small business growth, or startups is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of smart manufacturing, industrial control systems, sensors, and AI-powered industrial applications.
  • Relevant data analytics and programming skills to support research initiatives.
