Responsibilities:

Science Lab Assistant

1. Assist teachers in science labs/classrooms (P3-P6)

2. Prepare materials for lessons and practical tests

3. Maintain equipment and record loaning/breakage

4. Perform annual stocktaking and clear unwanted materials

5. Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance


General Administrative Duties

1. Maintain science lab tidiness and cleanliness

2. Provide administrative support at General Office

3. Attend to visitors, phone calls, and walk-in enquiries

4. Assist with logistics, document shredding, and data entry

5. Perform gate duties during peak hours


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution (Science-related areas beneficial)
  • Knowledge and experience handling common lab equipment (e.g., microscopes, dataloggers)
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a MOE School
