To lead and manage the GPUInfrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform. This role will overseethe GPU infrastructure, storage infrastructure and associatedservices, ensuring seamless integration andoperation.

Infrastructure andResource Management:
  • Manage the maintenance and operations of Data centre withliquid cooling setup that hosts the GPU cloud.
  • Optimization of GPU infrastructure and associatedhardware.
  • Optimize resource allocation to meetthe performance requirements of both data centre operations andcloud hardware operations, as well as cost-effectivenessgoals.
  • Lead the operations team to ensurecompliance to the SLA needs of customers and theproduct.
  • Enhance system scalability andreliability through automation and continuous improvements. Enforceindustry-standard operational process with reference to standardslike ISO 27001 or equivalent in the data centre and cloudoperations

OperationalExcellence:
  • Handlegeneral incidents, including operations management and escalationmanagement across the AI cloud product.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensurethe reliability and efficiency of our GPU Cloudinfrastructure.
  • Collaborate with otherdepartments to streamline processes, enhance customer experience,and meet service level agreements.
  • Supportservices and improve the lifecycle of GPU cloud hardware and thedata centre environment with monitoring, logging, and alertingthrough deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • Establish Ops systems/processes (SOPs, EOPs etc) and tomanage daily operational issues.
  • Possessstrong operational management skill set, which involves organisingthe internal cross functional teams and external vendors to ensurean efficient and resilient opssetup.

TeamManagement:
  • Build andlead a high-performing operations team to foster a culture ofinnovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear goals and objectives, mentor team members, anddrive professional development initiatives.
  • Oversee resource management and allocation to optimizeteam productivity and effectively meet operationgoals.

Security andCompliance:
  • Leadsecurity incident management processes, focusing on identification,containment, and resolution of threats in the data centerenvironment and GPU cloud hardware.
  • Enforcebest practices for security and compliance.
  • Stay abreast of industry security trends and implementmeasures to safeguard customer data and platformintegrity.

Skills forSuccess
  • Proven trackrecord of managing and escalating complex cloud and data centreinfrastructure issues and leading operation teams.
  • Experience in liquid cooling operations would begreat
  • Strong understanding of hardwareinfrastructure operation, security, management, and bestpractices.
  • Excellent leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to leadcross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency inmanaging customer interactions and improving service delivery toenhance customer experience.
  • Experienced inLinux and hypervisor administration for GPU infrastructure andcloud.
  • Complex technical problem-solving witha proactive approach to system operation andoptimization.
  • Knowledge of storagetechnologies and experience in capacity planning, troubleshooting,and data protection.
  • Experience in GPU and GPUinfrastructure management, including configuration, monitoring, andperformance.
