Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Centre Staff to join our team at Social Chamber. As a Centre Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional customer experience at our co-studio facility located in the heart of Chinatown. You will be responsible for various tasks, including general housekeeping, customer check-in and check-out assistance, booking management, customer service, and centre management. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. General Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness throughout the co-studio premises, including the six rooms.
    Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
    Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  2. Customer Check-In Assistance: Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and assist them with the check-in process.
    Provide necessary instructions regarding facility usage and answer initial queries.
  3. Customer Check-Out and Housekeeping: Conduct thorough inspections of rooms following customers' departure.
    Clean and prepare rooms for the next occupants, replenishing amenities, and tidying up the space.
  4. Booking Management: Manage room bookings efficiently, maintaining an organized schedule.
    Record and address customers' requests accurately and promptly.
    Coordinate with other staff members to allocate rooms based on availability and customer preferences.
  5. Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in-person and through other communication channels.
    Provide accurate information, offer assistance as needed, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
    Strive to create a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  6. Centre Maintenance : Assist in the overall maintenance and operation of the co-studio facility.
    Oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
    Address any facility maintenance or operational issues that may arise.
