Flight Steward

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a passionate and experienced flight steward to deliver professional flight service on the plane. The Flight Steward will be responsible for upholding safety standards at all times throughout the flight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that safety standards are consistently upheld in the passenger cabin and all other relevant areas on the aircraft at all times.
• Responsible for ensuring passengers' safety and comfort on the flight
• Ensuring timely completion of all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties.
• In charge of maintaining cleanliness and standards in the aircraft cabin.
• Responsible for maintaining personal documents including passport, visa, license, medical records, crew ID, and vaccinations.
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

• Minimum of five years of applicable experience required
• Able to converse in English, Chinese, and Japanese to liaise with Chinese-speaking and Japanese-speaking associates
• Proficient in communicating with a diverse range of individuals
• Capable of multitasking and working autonomously
• Adaptable and willing to work flexible, long working hours including lengthy periods away from home.
