Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide deployment support for various applications and services.
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of resources on Microsoft Azure.
  • Utilize Git for source code version control and collaborate with development teams on code management.
  • Perform basic Microsoft SQL database administration tasks, including running queries and ensuring smooth database operations.
  • Monitor deployed systems and applications to ensure high availability and resolve issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot deployment-related issues and assist in issue resolution across different environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and successful application deployment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in deployment support or a related IT field.
  • Diploma in IT or a related discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure (any experience with cloud platforms is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Git for source code version control.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL for database management and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • GCC experience is a plus but not required.
