Roles & Responsibilities

The Embassy of Hungary in Singapore is seeking a positive and motivated person to take up position of Chauffeur.

The candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties but not limited to as outlined below.

Job Description:

· Chauffeur for the Ambassador within the city and the surrounding areas

· Assistance and support to the Embassy Team whenever the need arises

· Maintenance of the Embassy's official vehicles – cleaning, repairs, on-time servicing to meet safety standards, record-keeping of vehicle movements

· Manage and ensure petrol is filled and cash card balances are sufficient

· Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks when required

· Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

· Valid Class 3 license with minimum 3 years experience with clean track record

· Responsible, punctual and reliable

· Possess excellent road navigation skills

· Physically fit, alert with sound knowledge of traffic and road safety regulations

· Flexible and able to work outside office hours as and when required (night, weekend, Public Holiday)

· Works well in a team

· Good command of English

· Good knowledge of everyday handyman skills

· Basic computer navigation skills
