Wadkins Associates are looking to hire a Researcher within our close-knit Singapore team. This is a great opportunity for a recent university graduate who is looking to enter the recruitment sector. Our firm offers high quality training, a rewarding bonus structure and a collaborative work culture. We currently operate a hybrid working structure with 3 core days in the office and 2 from home.


Wadkins Associates is an executive legal search and recruitment firm comprised of a team with expert knowledge and a specialist focus on the transport and energy legal markets. We established the business in 2015 in London and have since expanded and opened an office in Singapore in 2018 to reach a broader global clientele. We have enjoyed consistent, sustainable growth since our opening, largely due to the high-volume of exclusive relationships with top tier international law firms and companies operating across transport and energy.


You will be joining our Singapore team, providing support to the senior consultants in candidate searches and mapping, outreach and advert writing. You will also play a key role in managing and developing our extensive database.


We are looking to hire a recent university graduate with a legal, English, or business degree. No previous recruitment work experience is required; however, we are looking for people who have a strong academic background, an ability to learn fast and be proactive. From a personality perspective, it’s important that the right candidate is keen to be part of a team and has a good sense of humour. You must be a Singapore citizen or PR to apply for this role.
