Responsible for ensuring audits and assessments of supplier compliance to sustainability standards and the dormakaba Supplier Code of Conduct, and to support processes on supplier outreach and capacity building on sustainability, including information requests to suppliers.


Responsibilities :

Requirements :

  • University degree in supply chain management, business administration, or similar
  • Working experience in sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, with concrete achievements in sustainability, climate transition projects
  • Very good know-how of supplier sustainability audit and assessment standards such as SMETA, SA8000, EcoVadis, etc
  • Concrete knowledge of supplier sustainability standards such as EcoVadis to carry the message on the benefit to the supplier
  • High level of negotiation and influencing skills to convince suppliers to participate in the sustainability program
