Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing – Purchase Requisitions (PR) via BC (Business Central)

  • Process Monthly Stock Indent, Purchase Requisition and create Purchase Order (PO) to ensure all POs are closed timely and accurately
  • Manage daily purchasing requirements for Operations such as planning, logistic arrangement and co-ordination with suppliers
  • Attend to Operations’ feedback and escalate issues pertaining to delivery, quality or cost issues etc. with suppliers

Sourcing & Obtaining Quotation

  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures at all times
  • Comply and uphold all Procurement processes and policies established.
  • Assist procurement team in sourcing quotation and collating of product samples in accordance to Operations requirement and standards
  • Maintaining positive supplier relations
