Call Centre Assistant (6-Month Contract to Perm) x3
Company: [Healthcare Business Unit]
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 6 months (potential to convert to permanent)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $2,500/month (Contract)
Permanent Conversion Benefits:
- 21 days Annual Leave

- Variable Bonus
- Handle inbound customer orders, queries, and complaints via hotline.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups on issues, orders, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer details, queries, and complaints in the system.
- Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with the operations team to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare and submit reports on cases logged in the system.
- Provide feedback to supervisors on areas for improvement based on customer/client issues.
- Maintain up-to-date information on products, processes, and price lists.
- Video Interview (30-40 minutes)
- Written Assessment (must be completed within 30 minutes post-interview if shortlisted).
