This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Receptionist with Administration Support.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary school located in Barker Road.

Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025

Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The service required are set out as follows :

Provide front desk support to the General Office:

  • Administrative duties will generally include:
  1. Manning the front desk to answer queries from public, parents and students
  2. Handling of incoming and outgoing letters, packages, and deliveries
  3. Handling all incoming calls to the school
  4. Issuing of Graduation Certificates and Academic certificates to students
  5. Updating students’ and staff attendance
  6. Maintaining internal facility bookings in the Campus
  7. Maintaining school internal calendar
  8. Assisting in the photocopying of school materials
  9. Assisting in the transport arrangements/confirmation for CCA and/or events
  10. Assisting in office admin such as updating organisation chart and honour rolls, office equipment maintenance, ordering fruit baskets, preparation/setup of events venue, replenishing first aid box, stationery, sanitisers, tissue boxes etc
  11. Attending to emergency cases by calling for emergency ambulance services when directed
  12. Any other duties assigned by Admin Manager or supervising officers

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above (education certification may be offset with relevant work experience)
  • Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
  • Candidates must have at least 1 years of relevant working experience
