Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an experienced QMS Engineer to join our team and take a role in ensuring that our processes, products, and services consistently align with customer expectations and quality standard requirement. This role focuses on managing the implementation and on-going enhancement of the Quality Management System while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. A strong knowledge of quality assurance practices with excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Essential Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and applicable regulatory requirements.

· Manage requests for documentation and procedures, store and organize documents within Share point and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

· Support the preparation and facilitation of management review, track follow-up actions and ensure completion of review related tasks.

· Lead and drives the internal audit program ensuring adherence to ISO standards, and support customer audits as needed.

· Coordinate on 8D process, perform investigations into potential quality/non-compliance concerns and drive actions to mitigate issues of non-compliances.

· Identifies opportunities to continuously improve quality systems and processes in alignment with overall quality and company objectives

· Provide guidance/training to employees on QMS related topic such as Process Change Notice,8D system, FMEA, Non-conforming Product Control.

· Ability to work cross functionally with members of Operations, Engineering and Development to achieve the timelines and objectives

· Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by department head.

Skills and Competencies Profile

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in QMS related field.

· Strong knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, Process Change Management, 8D report and ISO9001 standards.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good knowledge of Excel VBA, macros and Python will be an advantage.

· Good knowledge of Statistical related tools.

· Ability to communicate effectively with peers and all levels of the organization within and outside of department.

· Proactive and able to work independently.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Certified Internal/ Lead Auditor on ISO9001 standard and skill to driving continuous improvement initiatives.
