We are Singapore's premiere cheese specialty shop (brick & mortar shops and online portals) providing natural cheeses and other natural foods at affordable prices, our aim is for everyone to find a style of cheese that they love.

We are looking for a Cheese Specialist to join our team. As a Cheese Specialist, this role will be to cut cheeses to retail sizes, serve and attend to customers' needs and enquiries in our shops. This is by ensuring visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times, replenishment of stocks and ensure all available products are properly displayed.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor the processing, planning and ordering of products by retail team, in conjunction with marketing and sales

2. Assist in customer experience in cheese counter in The Woodleigh Mall and occasionally assist in customer exprience, together with Retail Team in standalone physical retail stores
3. Lead and drive in stores activities/events/workshop whenever required

Job Requirements/ Competencies

• Able to work retail hours (10am - 7pm) for 5 days / week which needs to include at least 1 weekend day & public holidays.
• Preferable to have at least 3 years of customer service experience
• Service oriented and passionate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Creative & innovative thinking, Be comfortable with working in SME environment
