The Curriculum Lead oversees the development of curriculum and courseware
materials to drive learning experience excellence. He/She is responsible for designing
curriculum specifications and overseeing the development of courseware materials.
He/She evaluates overall curriculum effectiveness and recommends improvement areas.
He/She leads teams that are responsible for the creation of learning curriculum, services
and technology.
He/She drives innovation and research by prioritising research areas and recommending potential research applications. He/She manages and fosters relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless integration and implementation of learning curriculum, systems and technologies.
Job Description:
Academic Programmes
- Ensure academic programmes align with TSPP's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Design and revise curricula to reflect the latest research and industry developments.
- Develop and implement best teaching practices in line with TSPP’s learning model.
- Establish systems to support a positive student learning experience.
- Engage and grow the TSPP community by creating networking and industry experience opportunities.
- Provide learning and development training for TSPP staff.
- Anchor Positive Psychology modules as required.
- Recruit and onboard lecturers for key programmes.
- Develop/manage corporate programme development and project.
- Create and refine corporate training tools and intellectual property.
- Recruit, train, and manage a portfolio of corporate trainers.
- Design and implement methods for evaluating programmes and trainers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop corporate collaterals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and portfolio management.
- Conduct industry research and provide insights to strengthen corporate offerings.

Requirements:
- An MSc in Positive Psychology, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in academic programme management and corporate training.
- Expertise in curriculum design, training delivery, and quality assurance.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for education, coaching, and organisational growth.
