Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their unique application requirements and provide tailored solutions using the company's vision system technologies
  • Design, develop and integrate vision system hardware and software components to meet customer specifications
  • Conduct testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of vision system installations to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the effective use and maintenance of the vision systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in vision system technologies and recommend improvements to product roadmaps
  • Support the sales team by preparing technical proposals and demonstrations for prospective customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in the engineering industry
  • Strong understanding of vision system technologies, including image processing, 3D imaging, machine learning and automation
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines
