You will support the project team in developing research methodologies (including primary research), developing approaches to data analysis (including econometrics), conducting hands-on research and analysis, and drafting impactful client reports.

We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic, high-performing, small team environment. You will have a strong background in either economics, econometrics, or public policy, and have a passion for working with clients to solve real world problems. You will also be intellectually curious and take pride in the quality of your outputs. The role is ideal for candidates who want to work on challenges at the intersection of economics, public policy, and technology. 


What you will bring


Essential

  • Penultimate or final year university students, and recent graduates
  • Undergraduate degree in Economics from a reputable university, and a strong academic track record.
  • Relevant degrees in other disciplines, such as statistics and public policy, will also be considered.
  • Evident interest in and an understanding of economics, public policy, and business.
  • Curiosity to work in professional services / consulting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, written and verbal communication, and be comfortable with quantitative methods.
  • Leadership potential, as demonstrated through work experience or extracurricular activities.
