PositionOverview:

We are seeking a dynamic andself-motivated Assistant Manager for Digital Marketing &Communications to join our team. In this role, you will beresponsible for managing the school's digital marketing strategies,enhancing CEE's brand, and creating engaging content acrossmultiple platforms. You will also collaborate with variousstakeholders to optimize communication efforts, ensuring alignmentwith the school's overarchinggoals.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand execute innovative digital marketing strategies to increasebrand visibility and studentrecruitment.
  • Manage and create content forvarious digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns,and the school's website.
  • Collaborate withinternal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brandmessaging and support outreach efforts.
  • Analyseperformance metrics from digital campaigns and make data-drivendecisions for continuous improvement.
  • Designand manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, SEO) andproduce high-quality marketingcollaterals.
  • Assist with event marketing, suchas alumni engagements, open houses, andconferences.


Requirements:
  • Auniversity degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or arelated field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevantexperience in digital marketing, communications, or corporate brandbuilding. Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) is aplus but not essential.
  • Proficiency in digitalmarketing tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, Google Analytics) and desktopgraphic publishing software (e.g., AdobeIllustrator).
  • Excellent written and oralcommunication skills, with strong networking and collaborationabilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tightdeadlines.
  • A creative thinker with strongproblem-solving skills, who is diligent andself-motivated.
