The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Reports to Deputy General Manager and Engineering Admin Manager.
  • Performs data entry of projects into systems.
  • Filing, organizing data and project documents.
  • Prepare daily or weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting materials.
  • Set up web/ online meetings.
  • Liaise and follow up closely with Engineering managers and/or directors on projects.
  • Performs administrative functions and support to Engineering Admin team
  • In charge of office daily IT matters. Being the first point of contact for IT problem resolution.
  • Manage, consult and liaise with IT vendor/s and Japan IT department.
  • In charge of licencing (software)
  • Issuing of Purchase Order.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

  • GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma / Relevant qualification.
  • Good working knowledge of IT process.
  • Versed in Microsoft office applications.
  • Able to converse in Japanese (Preferred).
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
