Solar Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, planning and implementation of solar PV projects.
  • Liaison between different stakeholders and ensure needs of all stakeholders are met.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including procurement, selection of vendors/contractors, delivery of equipment, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance during on-site construction and installation activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and equipment schedules, identify and resolve technical issues or challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for solar PV projects.
  • ⁠Prepare and review project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, schedules, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality assurance checks, and performance evaluations to ensure the long-term reliability of installed solar PV systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Renewable/Clean Energy/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Technical knowledge in PV or Electrical.
  • Relevant working experience of 1 year and above.
  • Accept business trips to Indonesia and other SEA countries.
