Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage temple’s daily operations and maintenance works
  • Handle setup and cleanup of spaces for temple activities, programmes and events
  • Monitor and manage temple inventory, including religious items, office supplies and event materials
  • Upkeep temple facilities, coordinate with vendors for repairs and supplies
  • Support financial activities e.g. processing donations, issuing receipts, and maintaining records. Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for events and operational needs
  • Handle general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing correspondences, filing documents and maintaining donation records

Job Specifications

  • Qualification: O’ levels and above
  • Year(s) of Experience: Preferably 1 year of working experience
  • Language(s): Bilingual in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Physical fit to carry out manual works, able to lift and carry up to 20 kg without assistance
  • Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Planning and coordination skills, Communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in MS Office, Ability to multi-task and work within time frame with minimal supervision
  • A team player with positive work attitude
  • 5 days work week – 4 week days and 1 weekend day from 9am to 5pm
  • Able to work on selected public holiday(s) and irregular working hour(s) during event day(s)
