Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute high volume production of leafy greens/salads by following set processes
  • Supervise, provide instruction, and distribute daily assignment to operators
  • Meet production targets
  • First responder to sudden failure or incidents related to farm operations and reporting issue to farm management
  • Ensure workplace/equipment/trays are cleaned and sanitized routinely and housekeeping is maintained at a high standard
  • Drive productivity and process yield improvement
  • Helping technician in monitoring of CEA parameters and notifying technician about any issues detected
  • Adhere to good production practices to ensure safe workplace and efficiency
  • Ensure production operating consumables are sufficient and forecasted
  • Pests monitoring and update in FOMS quality session (Population count during transplanting and harvesting)
  • Other duties as assigned, or ad hoc projects or duties
