Job Description & Responsibilities


1.Assist in day-to-day sales operation

2.Professionally handle all in-coming sales enquiries and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues.

3.Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target

4.Update delivery schedule to customer regularly.

5.Support and work with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

6.To prepare documents and submission of tender projects via Gebiz, Sesami and Ariba etc

7.Maintain consistent contact with existing clients, lead generation and follow-up quotation

8.Compile monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and inventory records for analysis

9.Posting of products on company social media platforms.

10.Any other administrative duties



Requirements:


Candidate should possess min. O-Level /Diploma / professional qualifications in related discipline.

Min 1-2 year in sales administration and coordination role

Strong communication skill, interpersonal & customer service oriented

Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, technical savvy.

Preferably in Electronics industry

Experienced in SAP and D365 software.
