We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling and innovative graphics that enhance the brand’s identity and support marketing and design initiatives. This role involves creating a wide range of visual materials, including digital assets, print collateral, and branding elements, while ensuring that all design work aligns with the contemporary modern fashion brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Graphic Design and Development:
    Create high-quality graphics for various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and in-store materials.
    Design promotional materials such as lookbooks, advertisements, posters, banners, and email campaigns.
    Develop visual assets for the brand’s website, social media channels, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Branding and Visual Identity:
    Ensure all graphic design work aligns with the brand’s visual identity and aesthetic.
    Maintain consistency in branding across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and digital media.
    Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual style and help define the overall creative direction.
  • Creative Conceptualization:
    Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that meet project objectives.
    Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
    Translate conceptual ideas into engaging and effective visual designs.
  • Project Management:
    Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
    Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather input, review designs, and make necessary revisions.
    Maintain organized files and design documentation, including project briefs, assets, and version histories.
  • Market and Trend Research:
    Stay updated on current design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
    Conduct research on competitors and market trends to inform design decisions and ensure the brand remains innovative.
    Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance creative output and stay ahead of trends.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure design work supports broader business objectives and campaigns.
    Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders, including providing rationale for design choices and incorporating feedback.
    Present design concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Review and proofread design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    Ensure high-quality output across all formats and platforms, including resolution, color accuracy, and file formats.
    Address any design-related issues or adjustments required during the production process.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or contemporary design industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work, including digital and print materials.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
