Roles & Responsibilities

Work as part of the Customer Centric Service Team;

- Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, logging customer service and support calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies

- Handling management of major staff meetings, logistics and company events

- Managing and update company assets register

- Managing company equipment maintenance such as aircon servicing & repair, etc.

- Full Time / 5-days work

- Familiar with MS Office

- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
