Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
* 6-day work week
* Provide chauffeuring services to Director and/or family
* Handle director’s travel arrangements and expense claims
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to director

* Safe and legal driving practices are expected at all times
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the car at all times
* Other duties or adhocs as & when instructed


Job Requirements:
* Class 3 Driving License

* Preferably able to read documents and text messages in both English and Chinese
* Previous administrative or secretarial experience
* Good personality & time management

* Able to attend to some heavy duty duties
* Min 2 years driving experience
* Able to work weekends and overtime when necessary
