Receptionist/Admin Asst

Job Description
1. Greet visitors and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone, route calls and take message.
2. Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mails including couriers for local and overseas.
3. Maintains office stationery and printing inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and ordering of pantry products.
4. Namecards requisition and company printing requisitions.
5. Maintain database and prepare monthly letters to client.
6. Sort and send out clients’ mail.
7. Packed files for storage into the Company’s warehouse and retrieve when needed.
8. Other ahoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- With/Without Experience
- Good organizational, interpersonal and willing to learn
- Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
- PC literate and hands-on MS Applications
Salary will commensurates with experience.
