[What the role is]
You will be part of Enterprise Singapore’s Finance, Procurement and Administration team responsible for managing of the budget for fiscal sustainability, driving value-for-money in purchases, and ensuring a safe and conducive work environment.

[What you will be working on]
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Strategic Procurement, you will be a strategic business partner to the divisions (including subsidiaries), providing support and advice for their procurement activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
•    Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to various divisions, providing support and advice on procurement activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•    Policy Compliance: Ensure all procurement transactions comply with relevant procurement policies and guidelines, maintaining high standards of governance.
•    Policy Development and Implementation: Review and implement procurement policies and procedures, driving initiatives to enhance procurement processes and achieve strategic outcomes.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
•    Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement risks to safeguard the organization's interests. 
•    Performance Monitoring: Monitor procurement performance and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

[What are we looking for]

•    Education: Possess a tertiary qualification. 
•    Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of working experience. Prior experience in public sector procurement function and/or knowledge of the Government Instruction Manuals will be advantageous.
•    Skills: 
o    Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
o    Organized and meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
o    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
