Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation/ configuration of PABX, cabling
  • Troubleshooting fiber cable, cat6 cable and telephone cables
  • Provide technical support (onsite and offsite) for our customer
  • Toassess, analyse and research technical situations and provide viable alternatives
  • Toeffectively perform issue isolation and resolution to minimize downtime
  • Tosupport and explain technical concepts to users at various levels of technical proficiency
  • Support for all operational aspects of voice and unified communications support including, but not limited to assigning phones, assisting with meeting scheduling and etc
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Possess minimum GCE O level / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Electrical or Electronicsor equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Possess own transport will be an added advantage
