Responsibilities

  • Implement clinic service SOP and improve patients service quality to meet customer satisfaction
  • Plan, coordinate, oversee the process of providing TCM services in the company
  • Liaise with clinic managers to monitor clinic overall management and track sales performance
  • Plan and participate in the training and development of clinical staff, monitor and track performance of clinical staff
  • Participate in strategic planning and business plans
  • Ensure smooth running of clinic operations
  • Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents
  • Review and improve standards of medical services, innovate, and implement ideas
  • Conduct interviews and training for Patron Service Officers and Massage Therapists
  • Manage all company’s counter staff related matters including but not limited to: Roster/schedule
  • Research, propose & plan new treatment/clinic services & medical devices/equipment for clinic use.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in TCM / Spa / Western Clinic /GP / Aesthetic
  • Min Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
  • Communication skills with customer service orientation
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for details
  • Works well independently and has strong operational skills
  • Develops strong relationships with co-workers and has strong leadership skills
