About the Job

This role works closely with client servicing teams to coordinate, plan and execute conferences and events in the APAC region.

You will need

  • Candidate should preferably possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in medical society secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management, call for papers, database management or similar capacity with other industry.
  • Budget management
  • Coordinate and work with the project team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements among stakeholders, service providers, venue managers and attendees
  • Good understanding of video conferencing platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details while multi-tasking
  • To be able to work on holidays and weekends when required (off-in-lieu to make up for after office hours worked)
  • To travel on short notice

Desirable skills but not essential

  • Proficiency in necessary design software i.e. Photoshop
  • Familiarity with database management and corporate travel booking
