Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the architectural design and coordination activities for projects.
  • Support project teams in ensuring compliance with architectural design standards and codes.
  • Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to coordinate architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct reviews of architectural drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in resolving design conflicts and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and provide updates on architectural design progress.
  • Assist in the coordination with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate implementation of architectural designs.
  • Maintain documentation and records of architectural design activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
  • With 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient with Revit.
  • Displays a profound enthusiasm for architecture, interior architecture, and interior design.
  • Willingness to travel.
