Lead team in strategies for arts audience development

  • Develop, build and implement, initiatives and campaigns for Catch and related products, to grow arts audience attendance and participation, as well as advocate for the appreciation of the value  of the arts

  • Plan, lead and develop an audience development playbook to provide guidance and insights to growing audiences for the entire arts sector

  • Analyse audience data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns to attract and retain diverse audience segments.

  • Monitor and report on audience metrics, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in audience development strategies

Requirements

  • Good university degree

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in corporate, digital and marketing communications, with experience in branding, and arts marketing desirable

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Good project management and leadership abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the arts
