To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skills and a willingness to meet customers’ needs quickly and politely

 

Job Descriptions:

- Carry out daily shop operation and duties.

- Respond to customer queries via telephone or email.

- Receive and return customer garments.

- Carry out checks on customer garments, tag and photograph them and key in details into computer.

- Carry out payment transactions using payment terminal or cash transactions.

- Work closely with customer service and factory to resolve customer issues.

- Ensure all necessary documentation are in order and has been acknowledged.

- Ensure all payments are accurate and tally with the daily sale report.


Job Requirements

- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or relevant qualification.

- Good command of English in both verbal and written communication

- Confident with pleasant disposition and well groomed.

- A friendly personality and great working attitude

- Able to work independently

- 9am to 6pm OR 11am to 8pm (depending on the outlet that you are assigned) / Part-time options available

- Salary SGD2200 to SGD2700 depending on experience and working days / Part-time: Paid by per hour ($9.50 to $11.00) 

- For Singaporean, SPR only


Job Type: Full-time/Flexi

Location: Holland Village, Katong and various (subjected to our requirements)
