Site Coordinator

We are a growing design & build company and would like to invite experienced candidates to join us and help shape and bring company to next level of proficiency and growth. Company is pro-family and flexible arrangements can discussed.
Responsibilities:
- Must be familiar with residential renovation process and flow.
- To prepare project scheduling & site coordination of all tradesmen to ensure smooth project execution.
- Be able to read/interpret 3D Perspectives, detail drawings to work with carpenters & respective contractors.
- Be able to reconcile any drawing discrepancies and confident to make termination detail decisions on site with tradesmen if needed.
- Be involved in preparation of Budget and ensure project works within budget. To work with Accounts on budget variances, project update and final billing.
Min. 4yrs experience, strong admin operational skill and detailed minded, organised, able to work with minimum supervision.
