Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is from Retail Industry. They are looking for a Assistant Manager / Manager, Finance to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations for local and overseas entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control requirements, including financial and operational policies and procedures.
  • Build and lead a finance team, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, GST regulations, and group internal control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate financial and management reporting, review and analyze monthly financial performance, and implement process improvements.
  • Manage group cash flow, review cash flow forecasts, and handle statutory submissions such as corporate tax and GST returns.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (auditors, tax agents, etc.), execute changes to procedures and systems, and lead ad-hoc projects and digitalization efforts.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 8 -10 years in finance and accounting
  • Experience with local and international finance functions
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
