Roles & Responsibilities

Interior Designer


Job Description
To supervise the project from the beginning to the end
To coordinate and liaise with consultants and clients, prepare presentations, responsible for material and product search.
To coordinate and liaise with senior designers in the development of overall design concepts
To request pricing from suppliers & develop budgets for assigned projects
To review shop drawings and follow up on all manufactured items
Be well informed and regular updates on various FF&E supplies and materials relative design and decoration purposes and budgets
You Will be required to travel to manage a wide variety of projects across the region

Other related adhoc duties as assigned by superior


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
At least 3 years relevant working experience in relating field
Well-organised, independent, resourceful and self motivated
Has flair for creativity, awareness of trends and eye for details
Positive attitude and able to meet tight deadlines
A good team player to work towards in meeting project objectives

Reliable, responsible and dependable to undertake projects with minimum supervisions

Must Have:
Relevant good experience in hospitality, commercial office, retail and residential interior design
Good knowledge in construction drawing and detailing
Strong in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, MS office, etc
Good Perspective drawing, Sketching & rendering skills
