AECOM is seeking Environmental Consultants to support our Singapore Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake environmental surveys, EHS compliance audits and environmental projects to high technical standard.
  • Lead environmental services for soil and groundwater contamination assessments, health based risk assessments, for Oil & Gas Upstream and Midstream sectors, as well as diversified services in the Downstream sector, Government sector, etc.
  • Managing projects such as remediation supervision for current and prospective clients including client advisory and liaison.
  • Conducting project presentations and client meetings with senior staff and Project Managers for both client / sub-consultants / site remediation contractors.
  • Assist in the efficient and effective implementation of the Company’s Business Plan and strive to achieve personal goals for technical expertise and recognition within the industry.
  • Senior-level project and client management and client communication.
  • Overseeing quality management and quality control on relevant work products.
  • Mentoring staff on business development and marketing.
  • Contribute to the development of a cohesive work team.
Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Planning or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years practical experience in environmental management with demonstrated ability to undertake and prepare clear, concise and practical environmental impact assessment reports, environmental audit reports and environmental management plans.
  • Ability to undertake flora / fauna surveys will be held in high regard.
  • Sound knowledge of environmental legislation, technical standards and government environmental approval processes will be a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a client focus and to win work
  • Sound commercial acumen in a highly competitive commercial environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective, open communication with clients and government representatives.
