QAQC Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a QAQC Analyst to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Conduct verification of raw materials.
• Reviewing and verifying process travelers sequences
• Supporting Quality Inspectors
• Provide support to Quality Inspectors.
• Work with various personnels/departments to ensure transfer to ensure smooth product transitions.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining the quality system.
• Develop inspection and test plans.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely resolution of supplier issues.
• Analyze failures and implement preventive actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct audits and address findings.
• Prepare Quality Assurance reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or other relevant equivalent field of study.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
