Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • To manage and monitor of daily project works, instructions, and progress.
  • Ensure a safe work environment on site
  • Supervise all works, including Civil and architectural works, road works, and utility diversion
  • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
  • Work closely with consultant, and sub-contractor.
  • Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and ensured targeted completion dates are met
  • Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters
  • Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability, and performance are aligned with the schedule.
  • Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with government regulations

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience on LTA/MRT Projects in Singapore is an advantage
  • Strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
