Roles & Responsibilities

Inventory CONTROLLER – jurong ( 5 Day)

- oversee inventory management

- maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts

- maintain and monitor closely on monthly safety stock level to cater to order requests

- lead yearly inventory stock take

- ensure the sales team are using the correct item codes

- review and monitor products for discrepancies troubleshoot quantity discrepancies netween stock and records

- analyst product sales, stock turnover rate and inventory level

- prepare, generate and file inventory reports to ensure inventory accuracy

- administer purchase orders and payment process while working together with finance team on payment issues

-liaise with forwarder or courier service to plan shipping schedules accordingly to fulfill orders

- Min diploma / degree in logistics / supply chain management or related discipline

- at least 5 years working experience in inventory management

- proficient in MS words/ excel/ powerpoint

- shipping knowledge & knowledge of microsoft dynamics business central system is a plus

BAsic salary : S$ 3000 – S$ 4000 neg
