Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Property Operations Specialist to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible.


Duties of Property Portfolio Executive:

  • Ensure services comply with guidelines, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead site management for Neighbourhood Centre clusters, supporting the portfolio manager in overseeing property officers, technical officers, and contractors.
  • Address public and tenant feedback on technical and maintenance issues within HDB’s stipulated timeframe.
  • Conduct monthly tenant and customer engagement sessions.
  • Ensure timely service delivery to HDB, tenants, residents, motorists, grassroots organizations, and shoppers.
  • Manage green leases, including reviewing tenant renovation applications and enforcing green commitments.
  • Perform detailed weekly site inspections.
  • Maintain and upkeep building installations and systems with due diligence.
  • Implement and monitor maintenance regimes and schedules.
  • Plan and execute work programs and projects assigned by HDB.
  • Coordinate and perform maintenance and tenancy work promptly.
  • Plan, budget, and execute yearly improvement works.
  • Ensure the site is well-maintained and all facilities are operational at all times.
  • Enforce safety standards to prevent damage and accidents.
  • Maintain proper records of transactions and accounts related to site management and maintenance.
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring performance and service standards are met.

Requirements:

  • DIploma / Degree in related field
  • Relevant experience with Commercial Buildings
