Sales Manager (Environment Testing)49_744000094335465Obowiązki Responsible for revenue growth for the Environment Business Unit for local Eurofins Mechem in Singapore territory. Work with sales leadership and marketing to establish action plans for prospecting and lead generation, acquiring new accounts, developing sales tactics, penetrating new lines of business and developing specific account strategiesEstablishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for verticals and assigned geographiesProvide reporting and activity management including CRM and other toolsProactively identify opportunities for sales process improvementWymagania Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Business, Science or any other related fieldComprehensive (at least 5+ years) sales experience in the environment testing or environmental consulting industriesProven record for developing and implementing successful strategies that led to increased salesCapable of bring in immediate clients and salesAware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as market trends studies for mid-long term planningEvidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfullyAbility to prioritize high-value tasks and focus under pressureExceptional communication and presentation skillsAble to be persuasive and procure buy-in from upper managementSolid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social mediaOutstanding organizational skillsDriven and committed to success while maintaining integrity.Other Skills and Abilities:Accomplished professional who is able to work independentlyAbility to develop and grow personal accountsAbility to work in a fast growing, lean, entrepreneurial company.
