There is now an exciting opportunity for a high potential individual with strong business acumen to be in a high visibility role as a Corporate Strategy Analyst.
about the job
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will support their corporate strategies in assessing prospective investment opportunities and introducing new initiatives to support the organization's operations and expansion plans. Leveraging on their business networks, you will be involved with their business development activities and establish strategic partnerships to drive their growth objectives globally. You will also build financial models to conduct feasibility studies and due diligence on these potential investment decisions, and also lead subsequent executive work. You will be working closely with multiple business stakeholders to drive organic growth plans, asset optimisation and evaluation of capital investments.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be qualified with a degree and CA with at least 3 years of transaction advisory or corporate finance experience in an advisory firm. You are highly analytical and have strong business acumen with interest to build expertise within the pharmaceutical industry. You are confident to communicate with senior leadership and independent to manage as an individual contributor. You are comfortable to travel frequently whenever necessary.
