HR Specialist Position

  • Manage various HR operations such as Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Matters, and more.
  • Support the development of HR strategic plans that align with business needs.
  • Lead talent acquisition process, including recruitment and hiring for different roles; collaborate with department managers to identify required skills and competencies.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices; review HR policies for adherence.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, new technologies, and employment laws.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks like compensation & benefits administration and training.
  • Provide necessary support and handle ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Info-Tech Cloud HR System.
  • Positive attitude and high initiative.
  • Experience in FINTECH is a plus.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Pay: $3,000 - $4,000 per month
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)

Expected Start Date: Immediate

Summary of Role Requirements:

  • Availability to work on weekday mornings.
