HR Specialist Position
- Manage various HR operations such as Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Matters, and more.
- Support the development of HR strategic plans that align with business needs.
- Lead talent acquisition process, including recruitment and hiring for different roles; collaborate with department managers to identify required skills and competencies.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices; review HR policies for adherence.
- Stay updated on HR trends, new technologies, and employment laws.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
- Handle HR administrative tasks like compensation & benefits administration and training.
- Provide necessary support and handle ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and administration.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Info-Tech Cloud HR System.
- Positive attitude and high initiative.
- Experience in FINTECH is a plus.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: $3,000 - $4,000 per month
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)

- Availability to work on weekday mornings.
