Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support existing Pega application with ticket resolution within the defined SLA
  • Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements for any enhancements required
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Pega applications on the Pega Cloud platform.
  • Oversee the entire application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
  • Ensure seamless integration of Pega applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Pega solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Possess strong expertise in Pega Case Management, Pega Cloud, Pega Integration, and Pega Platform. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Airlines domain.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end delivery for Pega upgrade
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing Pega-based solutions.
  • Have experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery using Pega technologies.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Certification(s) Required:

  • Certified Pega System Architect (CSA)
  • Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
  • Good to have Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
