JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Design Communications Intern at the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, your role is to support the global communications team. We are seeking a creative and passionate Design Communications Intern to join our team and help us craft visually stunning collaterals that support our global vision care initiatives. If you're a design enthusiast with a heart for making a difference, we invite you to be part of our impactful journey. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for making a difference are essential for this internship.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Collateral Creation
    • Design visually engaging collaterals, including powerpoint decks, videos, infographics, reports, aligned with our mission and brand identity.
  • Graphic Design
    • Use your creative skills to produce high-quality graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, and presentations that tell the story of our global vision care initiatives.
  • Visual Storytelling:
    • Translate complex ideas into captivating visual narratives that resonate with our audience and convey the impact of our work.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure all digital collaterals adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
  • Creative Ideation:
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for digital communication projects and campaigns that promote our mission.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graphic design: Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Creative skills: Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and engage audiences effectively.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate with team members.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn new tools and strategies.
  • Teamwork: Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in content and consistency in branding.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges and proactively seek solutions to improve communication strategies.
