Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, preparation and troubleshooting of PCs and devices.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve basic technical hardware and software access problems for end users.
• Respond to queries either in person, by email, chat or phone.
• Maintain and update periodically of IT related equipment.
• Basic server administration of user account.
• Basic maintenance and updates of website content using HTML code.
• Provide assistance for any faulty system in the Company.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC in IT related discipline.
• Entry level, minimum 1 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, server and networking.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
